Oh My God. Where do I even start.

Book: Archer's Voice

Author: Mia Sheridan

Page Count: 400

Genre: Small Town Romance (but it is so so much more than that <3)

Blurb

When Bree Prescott arrives in the sleepy, lakeside town of Pelion, Maine, she hopes against hope that this is the place where she will finally find the peace she so desperately seeks. On her first day there, her life collides with Archer Hale, an isolated man who holds a secret agony of his own. A man no one else sees.

Archer's Voice is the story of a woman chained to the memory of one horrifying night and the man whose love is the key to her freedom. It is the story of a silent man who lives with an excruciating wound and the woman who helps him find his voice. It is the story of suffering, fate, and the transformative power of
 love.

*please check your trigger warnings for this book!*

I simply have no words. This was one of the most beautiful love stories I have ever read.

"I Bree you."

"I Archer you."

Archer Hale??? The mysterious man who has been through so much trauma and has been isolated for so many years??? He needs to be protected at ALL COSTS.

His love for Bree was EVERYTHING. The way he would personally find the folded chips from chips bags just because of the fact that Bree had told him that she preferred the folded ones? I NEED a man like that.

Also the growth and development of both these characters in this book??? The way Bree and Archer both help each other fight their demons??? Archer's letter to Bree??? The epilogue???

Stop I can't.

That first chapter when you find out what the dandelions on the cover was all about? The fact that dandelions symbolise hope, growth and healing??

Alexa, play Dandelions by Ruth B.

'Cause I'm in a field of dandelions

Wishing on every one that you'd be mine, mineAnd I see forever in your eyesI feel okay when I see you smile, smile
Wishing on dandelions all of the timePraying to God that one day you'll be mineWishing on dandelions all of the time, all of the time

" Quiet people have the loudest minds. " - Stephen Hawking

"And I thought to myself, Archer Hale's voice was one of the most beautiful things in the whole wide world."

This book will forever own a special place in my heart. 🩵
